Thank you for choosing Manos Criollas USA. We prepare and ship every order with great care to make sure your products arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Because our items are frozen and perishable, we follow a strict policy to protect product quality and food safety.
All Sales Are Final for Frozen Products
Since our products are perishable, we are not able to accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, all sales are final. This helps us guarantee safety and freshness for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist you quickly, we will need:

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Carrier Delays
We ship using trusted carriers and insulated packaging. Once the package is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control.
We cannot offer refunds for:

Packages left outside after delivery

Thawing due to unattended deliveries
We recommend tracking your shipment and making sure someone is available to receive your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot provide refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order enters the fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of our frozen products.

Missing Items
If you notice something missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours. Please include:
