Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We ship nationwide from our facility in Orlando, Florida. All orders are packed with care to keep your products fresh during transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer Standard Shipping across the United States. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 1 business day, and many orders arrive the same day after being shipped.

Frozen items are shipped in insulated packaging. Because these products are temperature sensitive, please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

Minimum Order Requirement

To ensure proper packing, insulation, and shipping safety, we only ship orders with a minimum of 6 items.
If your cart has fewer than 6 items, the system will not allow checkout for shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight of your order. Your final shipping and handling cost will appear before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days, depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Frozen Product Handling

Frozen items require immediate attention once delivered.

To maintain product quality:

  • Freeze all items as soon as the package arrives.

  • Track your shipment to avoid long periods outdoors.

  • Manos Criollas USA is not responsible for thawing caused by delays, weather conditions, or unattended deliveries.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee may be required to resend it.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses due to the nature of our frozen products.
